Structure:

Policy, LD, PF, WSD, and Congress will be offered and will follow IHSFA (ISSDA?) rules.

Policy:

Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase its protection of water resources in the United States.

Novice Case Limits:
-
Substantially strengthen federal surveillance and standards for lead in drinking water.

Substantially limit the use of hydraulic fracturing by energy companies in the United States.

Substantially strengthen federal standards for agriculture-related runoff into lakes and streams.
-
Substantially increase the protection of wetlands in the United States.

Lincoln-Douglas:

Resolved: A just government ought to recognize an unconditional right of workers to strike.

Public Forum:

Resolved: Increased United States federal regulation of cryptocurrency transactions and/or assets will produce more benefits than harms.

World Schools Debate:

This House would end the use of for-profit prisons by federal and state governments.

Rounds 3 & 4 will be impromptu

Please bring one judge for every 4 debaters or fraction thereof (3 PF teams=2 judges).

Congress=1 judge per 5 entries/fraction thereof.

All judges should be ready to judge any event.
