Hello fellow coaches! While we wish a certain V-word was not present in this invitation, Parkway West is still thrilled to invite you to our SECOND VIRTUAL Invitational! We will host on Friday & Saturday, October 8th & 9th. Note that the competition will begin on Wednesday, October 6th for Asynchronous Duo (and backup recordings). We will host Open and Novice divisions in all events in addition to a JV division in Debate. To provide you with adequate time to prepare, you can view our invitation in the documents section. Registration is currently OPEN! Please let us know if you plan to attend! We will take up to FOUR entries per division and will allow entires off of our waitlist on a first-come, first-served basis after our entry deadline based on judging availability. Note that waitlist entries will only enter our queue if there is a name associated with them.
As always, please read the invitation carefully. The registration and competition process are very different this year so PLEASE make sure you read everything. Important deadlines are highlighted on our team website but are as follows:
-The deadline to ENTER the tournament is Wednesday, Sept. 29th @ 4 pm. No additional schools or entries will be accepted after this time. Entry adjustments to already registered schools and entries can be made (ie. drops and name changes).
-DROPS can be made by Wednesday, Oct. 6th @ 3 pm without penalty (a charged entry fee).
-Recordings are due by Wednesday, October 6th @ 3 pm. If you miss this deadline the entry will be dropped and you will be charged your entry fee.
