RULES

For all events we will use the National Speech & Debate Association (NSDA) Middle School rules. However, for typically memorized events, we will not disqualify any students who are not memorized. Judges will be instructed to take memorization into consideration when evaluating rounds and assigning ranks but we want to encourage participation.
