Dear Speech Coaches, 

 

The Browerville/Eagle Valley Speech Team invites you to the Tiger Tales Jr. Speech Invitational. This meet is for anyone in grades 6-9. We would be thrilled to have your team join us for an enthralling evening of competition. 

 

We will be offering all thirteen categories.

 

Discussion tasks will come from section 2: GLOBAL WELLNESS THROUGH AN INTERNATIONAL LENS

 

Draws should come prepared for Round 1. We will have assigned Google Meet rooms for Rounds 2 and 3.

 

Duos will be asynchronous following the guidelines of the MSHSL. 

    1) Split-screen separate rooms

    2) One room separated by a minimum of 10 feet at all times; unmasked

    3) One room separated by a minimum of 6 feet at all times; masked with a cloth face covering

 

Double entries will be accepted but only one draw category, please. No double entries in discussion and draws.

 

Medals will be awarded to the top five speakers in each category.

 

The registration deadline will be Wednesday, March 17. All add and drops must be received by 12:00 p.m. on Monday, March 22nd. Please provide 1 judge for every 6 entries. These judges may be experienced, high school speakers. Be sure when you are registering to include the judges' name and correct email address. If you cannot find the judges you need, please let us know ASAP. We will do our best to accommodate.
