The general schedule is posted in the "Registration" section of Speechwire, under "Info."  <https://www.speechwire.com/c-schedule.php?tournid=11068>  Schematics will be coming soon!  I thought I give you a few more details about how things need to run Saturday.

The only people allowed in the building will be coaches, participants, bus drivers, and meet workers.  Everyone must wear masks inside the building, even during speaking.  I know this will be difficult for speakers, but we don't want to put anyone at risk for an invitational this early in the season.

Each school will have a designated area in one of the gyms.  When they are not in rounds, participants need to stay in their assigned spot.  Each participant will be allowed to take one audience member into the round.  Coaches and bus drivers can sit in on rounds, as long as there are seats that allow social distancing.  When in the hallways, we would like to have people maintain a safe distance from each other, so we are asking people not to congregate near doors.

There will be a concession stand offering pizza, chicken strips, nachos, and hot dogs plus candy, pop, water, etc.  We ask that everyone take the food back to their "home area" to eat and drink and maintain a safe distance as much as possible.

We will use paper ballots, and you will be able to review yours as soon as we have them tabulated.  To keep everyone safe, we will not have an awards ceremony.  We will put medals into your packet as we get results, and you can pick them up as soon as all ballots have been tabulated.  Results will be posted on SpeechWire.

If you have any drops, please text them to me ASAP, even if you do it on the way here (but not if you're driving a van).  The sooner I can get them, the sooner I can have them entered.  If you have questions, feel free to text or email.  I wish we could have a "normal" meet, but I'm thankful that our kids will get to perform live.

See you Saturday!
