The Northwest Speech Team would like to invite you to the 2021 Viking Voice Speech Invitational on February 20th, 2021 held at Northwest High School.  We hope to offer a competitive tournament as teams prepare for both NSDA Districts and Conference meets.  In addition, Northwest is once again a qualifying tournament for NIETOC.  The NIETOC Qualifying events are Humorous Interpretation, Dramatic/Serious Interpretation, Program of Oral Interpretation, Duet Acting, Informative and Persuasive(Oratory) and other supplemental events.  Check out http://nietoc.com/faq/ for more information.

CHANGES:  We will allow Inform a 10 min max time limit to account for NIETOC Qualifiers.  However, speeches delivered with NSAA 8 min rules will be judged as the same without penalty.

EVENTS  Our tournament is an open competition (no novice), offering all ten NSAA Events, including the new NSAA Class A and NIETOC qualifying event, POI(Program of Oral Interpretation).
