Welcome our 4th EAST of the year! I hope all of your students are ready for an incredible VIRTUAL competitive experience on Wednesday, April 21st, 2021!
Registration will close on FRIDAY, April 16th at 5pm. Changes (drops or name changes) can be made until 12pm on that Wednesday (the day of the tournament). Any changes after that, please text Jaime Akkusu: 561.706.5375, or Justin Weaver: 954.790.8160 the school name, student who is dropping, and her/his event.
Please be sure to register all judges with an email address so they can receive their eBallots.
All competitors should be READY TO BEGIN by 3:15pm. Rounds will begin at 3:30pm SHARP.
Congress legislation for was provided in the Elementary Debate Canvas Course and here under "Files for Download". Your students in Congressional Debate should be prepared for "A Bill to Increase NASA Funding" and "A Bill to Implement Universal Basic Income".
Impromptu Topic Areas will be "Friendship" and "Cooking".
The MSPDP Topic is "The United States should provide a Universal Basic Income".
