Dear Speech Coach,

On behalf of the Bloomington Speech Team and the Bloomington Friends of Forensics, I cordially invite you to the 51st Annual Bloomington Speech Invitational on Saturday, February 20, 2021.

Our virtual tournament will feature all MSHSL categories as well as POI and impromptu. We will split IX and USX as separate categories for extemporaneous speaking and we will break to regular and honor finals in all events.

We are pleased this year to once again be an NIETOC bid tournament.  If our registration numbers allow, we will break to extra final rounds in the NIETOC categories.
We look forward to seeing you on February 20!

Sincerely,
