Team fee: $30

Event Entry Fee: $10/per event

Judging Requirements: 1 Judge for every 6 events. For every judging slot uncovered will be $50. Any missed rounds will be $20 per round.

Deadline: All entries must be in by  Wednesday October 28th, without exception Drops by November 2nd

Entry Procedures and Rules

• By entering this tournament individuals agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the tournament. Tournament requirements may change and be updated to tournament needs, but will be highlighted with the update.

Overall Tournament Rules

• ​Students will be allowed to be double entered. Students may enter in two events maximum per pattern.
• If there is a technological issue that is not resolved by the student at the start of the next round, the student will receive a no show. Coaches must report technical issues to tournament directors. 
• If students have technical issues, a recording through Flipgrid will need to be recorded. The video cannot be resused throughout the tournament, a new video must be recorded. Videos must be turned in prior to the start of the next round.
• Only students competing and students judging may be in the round, outside spectators will not be allowed to observe. 
• There will be a optional check-in tech rehearsal prior to the tournament for all competitors and coaches if there are questions.
• Any student who goes over the 30 second grace period will not be allowed to finish first in that particular round.
