Hub City Last Hurrah Speech Meet 2020:
Saturday March 28th, 2020.
Registration begins at 7:45 a.m., draws start at 8:30 a.m., and Round I will begin at 9:00 a.m, Round II at 10:30, and Round III at 12:00.
We are offering a meet with three rounds as a "last hurrah" so teams and students can get in one more competition and get some good feedback before their section meet. We will not have finals or an awards ceremony, but will send home complete results packets along with recognition for students who place top 6 in each category.
We will use all 13 MSHSL categories plus Impromptu. There will be a concession stand available to students throughout the morning and over the noon hour. Breakfast and lunch will be provided for coaches and judges in the judge’s lounge.
The cost is $3.00 per entrant. Checks can be made to Jordan High School Speech. Double entries will be allowed, except in Discussion. Duo Interpretation is $6.00 per group.
Judges: You will need to bring one judge for every six (6) entries or fraction thereof. Please make every effort to provide the required number of judges based on your entries prior to drops. One team coach should also consider assisting in the tab room.
Entry Deadline: Please submit your initial entries by Friday, March 20th, 2020 on SPEECHWIRE. There will be a drop fee in effect on March 26th. Please make necessary drops/adds by 7:30 am the day of the meet on SPEECHWIRE, or call or text me at 952-393-8989.

Busing: Please drop your students off at the Main entrance to the high school.
Team camps can be made in the commons.
