Thank you for attending the 2nd Annual Florida League of Middle Schools Royal Knight Classic Chess Tournament, in cooperation with Broward County Public Schools and Chess4Life!
We're excited for a fun day of competition with you and your students!
Please prepare to join us during the upcoming Teacher Planning Day on Tuesday, March 17th at Silver Trail Middle School in Pembroke Pines, FL.
We are also inviting our elementary competitors to join us. Elementary schools will initially be capped at 8 entries per school, and we only have space for 100 total elementary competitors, so sign up quickly! There is no cap on middle school entries.
Tournament entry fees are $25 per competitor, and include lunch. Please make all checks payable to the Florida League of Middle Schools.
You must provide chaperones in accordance with BCPS policy.
Check in will begin at 8:00am and round 1 will commence promptly at 9:00am. We hope to have the tournament finished up by 4:00pm.
