I am on a diet and have lost over 20 pounds thus far. I am very pleased with my improved appearance and my enhanced energy level. However, I have a problem that has developed over the last few months. I find myself binging secretly on, of all things, cat treats and dog treats. I eat them and within an hour I’m in the bathroom battling intestinal issues. I like their taste (I’m a big carnivore) but it’s called “Cat Food” for a reason and I’m aware this could be problematic to my long term health, but it has also helped me lose a lot of weight. I’m wearing an ankle monitor and there is an electronic fence system that tracks my movements in my yard and across my property. This would all be fine except that I have an ex-girlfriend who acts like she really wants to get back together. She calls and texts me all the time, drives by, stops, and beckons me to cross over the “line” to talk with her. On several occasions, the police and my parole officer have arrived, during our chats, and warned me to “stay in my lane.” It is so hard because I have very strong romantic feelings for her and it killed me when we broke up. I am also not allowed to let unapproved visitors into the house. She just finished drug rehab and so her presence is not approved by my legal minders. What should I do?
