Radio Broadcasting

Round 1: Newscast = Target Speaking Time = 5 minutes

                Broadcasting contestants may choose music intro + outgo of their own choice

                Commercial should advertise a currently existing Pet Adoption Agency

Round 2: Breaking News = 2 minutes prep. time + 2 minutes speak time.

Round 3: On-the-Spot = 2 minutes prep. time + 2 minutes speak time. (back by popular demand)

Round 4: Editorial = on site 30 minute prep. time + 2 minute speak time
