The hotels for Laird Lewis XLI are set!   These hotels are approximately 5 minutes from Myers Park High School. Ask for the LAIRD LEWIS RATE when you make reservations!  All reservation blocks close December 13, 2013.

Myers Park High School
Our school is a 62 acre campus with 13 buildings currently under construction. We have three entrances. When arriving on Friday, January 3, please use the MAIN ENTRANCE of the school.

From Uptown Charlotte, you will want to take East Blvd to Queens Road West to Selwyn Avenue and turn left onto Colony Road.

From the airport hotels, you will want to take Billy Graham east.  It will become Woodlawn Rd.  Take a left on Selwyn Avenue and a right onto Colony Road.

Traveling Around Charlotte
For  schools coming to Charlotte early, Charlotte is a great place to visit. We will help you find great places to hang out...the SouthPark  Mall  is a high-end retail mall and always fun. It may be a good place to grab lunch on Friday between registration and your arrival on campus. Also, with the Lynx  light rail, getting to Uptown Charlotte is easy.

Free Transportation

For teams flying to Charlotte, we are offering free transportation to and from the tournament hotels and Myers Park High School on Friday and Saturday.  You must select this option as part of your registration on the Speechwire registration system prior to December 18, 2013.
