• SINGLE ENTRY LETTERS OF INTENT can be found at www.eastmoforensics.com/seloi.
   
• JUDGES should be reigstered via www.eastmoforensics.com/judges.
   
• COMPETITION PACKETS (optional but encouraged) should be submitted via www.eastmoforensics.com/competition-packets.
