HOW TO JUDGE!!!

There are THREE things that were tought in judge training on October 16th, and here are the links for these VERY IMPORTANT topics:

1. This video explains how to use SpeechWire as a judge.  This is where you get your judging assignments (and virtual links when not in person), write your critiques and enter your ranks.  Remember to enter ranks within a few minutes after careful consideration of the round.  You can finish entering your comments and critiques later, but try to complete that task soon after you submit ranks so that the details of the round are fresh in your mind.
    
2. This is the handbook that summarizes everything your need to know about judging at a tournament.  There are links for additional judging help AND technical advice.
   
    
3. All judge are required to watch this video about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice. Implicit bias and equity are primary concerns for both the OSDA and the NSDA, our governing bodies.
