Certificate Template Downloads

Once results are released, based on your students' cumulative point total, you may download the appropriate certificate templates (click on the name of the certificate or the image) and complete them with your students' names. You must open the document in a PDF viewing program (not just your web browser) and print each time you change a name. Please note, images below show an example of a type of "certificate" cardstock paper the WHSFA will print on; the tan/sandy marble look would be replaced by whatever color upon which you choose to print your own certificate(s):

Exceptional Performance (Blue) 48-50 pts.

Distinctive Performance (Red) 43-47 pts.

Admirable Performance (Violet) 37-43 pts.

Commendable Perform. (Green) 10-36 pts.

Ordering Certificates to Be Shipped

If you prefer, you may order certificates through our online store by May 15, which we professionally print (@$1 per certificate), plus cost of mailing to you. Coaches may order these for all their students, or direct students to the online store to place orders directly. Orders paid by credit card or echeck will be fulfilled immediately; orders designating payment of check by mail will be fulfilled once a check is received and clears.
