Lunch Choices Due April 13, 2026

Please use the form linked below to indicate your specific food choices by Monday, April 13, 2026. Options for meals include:

Saturday: Steak, Chicken, Vegetarian

Sunday: Steak, Fish, Vegetarian

The form has space for you to indicate any special dietary needs; we will do our best to accommodate you. Schools who have not proided their choices by the deadline will be automatically assigned the Chicken option on each day in correspondence with your meal order.
