• Resolved: The possession of nuclear weapons is immoral.

Public Forum Debate – 2026 January Topic

• Resolved: The People’s Republic of China should substantially reduce its international extraction of natural resources.

Congress Legislation will be posted under "Files for Download." 

Students can submit legislation until Tues, Jan 6. After that time, students can still bring their own legislation to the tournament. However, the packet must be considered prior to adding new legislation. (Please have them bring enough copies to share.)
