Bloomington South Holiday Classic

Attention all Indiana Teams and Coaches:
You and your team are invited to the Bloomington High School South Holiday Classic on Saturday, December 16, 2017.
Registration will begin at 7:30 A.M. (Eastern Time) and end at 8:15 with round one beginning at 8:30 A.M.
Information on the tournament:
Entry deadline: 5 P.M. on Tuesday, December 12, 2017.
Food: Food will be sold in concession for students, Judges lounge will provide light breakfast and coffee for morning hours and crockpot for lunch hours.
Judges: Please bring at least one judge for every four students or fraction thereof (Two policy teams = 1 judge, five LDers = 2 judges, etc…). Notes can be left on judge preference, but we will only be able to accomodate some.
Capping:
Since this is our first tournament and we are organizing it only a month in advance, we will only be able to accomodate ~100-150 debaters.
Events: (Capped at 10, 5 Varsity, 5 Novice) (Round 1,2 will be random, Power matching in 3,4)

World Schools Debate:
Round 1 will be an impromptu topic. WSD teams will receive the topic & side in the draw room at 8:00. Round 2 will be a prepared topic on the following resolution: This house believes that NATO should not allow new members. Round 3 will be a prepared topic on the following resolution: This house would implement a tax on unhealthy foods. Round 4 will be an impromptu topic. WSD teams will receive the topic & side in the draw room.
