Greetings MDL,

We’re excited to announce that registration is now open for the 2014 Michael Best and Friederich MDL City Championship Tournament, to be held March 21-22 at Marquette University!

The two-day championship will be held at Marquette University's LaLumiere Hall (located off of W. Clybourn Street -- see attached map), and will feature three preliminary rounds, followed by elimination rounds in both varsity and novice divisions. 

This year's City Championship promises to be the most competitive tournament of the year, featuring championship-determining elimination rounds in both divisions. Here are the details:

 

This should be an incredibly exciting event to end the regular season, and special thanks to Dave Denomie at Marquette and the Deiderich College of Communication for allowing the MDL use of their tremendous space over the weekend.  I'll be sending out some more announcements in the coming weeks, but feel free to begin registering as soon as you have students and judges confirmed.
