SECURITY
Due to security concerns, we ask that students not enter event rooms until a judge is present. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building or on school grounds.

JUDGES
Each school MUST bring one judge for every 5 contestants and every fraction thereof

MISCELLANEOUS
All rounds will be posted in a clearly marked designated area outside the cafeteria. Please make sure competitors check the schematics including the times and round number. Judge ballot sheets are available at the ballot table for every round. Critique sheets and maps should be with the head-coach packet along with a handout titled JUDGES' INFORMATION. We have found this handout to be beneficial. If you need extra maps or critique sheets, they will be available at the ballot table.

AWARDS
Ribbons will be awarded to the top 8 entries in each event.  Top 8 team trophies will be awarded for sweepstakes.  Sweepstakes points will be awarded on 8, 7, 6….point scale.
