Dear Speech Coach:      February 9, 2012

Plans are under way for the Annual Lions Invitational 7-12 Speech Contest,  to be held at the Underwood High School, Saturday, March 10, 2012.  Although there is no limit per event per school, there will be no triple entering allowed.

Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. outside of the front office.  DRAWS- COME PREPARED FOR RD. 1. ALL SPEAKERS BEGIN @ 8:30am. Please be registered and ready to speak and/or judge at that time. The awards ceremony is tentatively scheduled for 3:00p.m. in the large gym.

The cafeteria will be the student lounge.  Coats and materials may be left in this area.  The concession stand will be open from 8:00 a.m. on. Judges and coaches will use the Elementary Science Lab.

You are to provide one judge for each 7 contestants or fraction thereof. The entry fee is $5.00 for each entry.  You need to provide your own judges, as our numbers are short.  All registration changes must be made by 4:00 PM, Wednesday, March 7th- Fees for drops will be assessed after that time.
