Virginia Speech Invitational Saturday, February 18, 2012

Virginia High School

All 13 MSHSL events 

$4.00 per participant event (duo is 1 event)

Please provide 1 judge for every 7 events

Registration 7:30 to 8:40

Judges/Coaches meeting - 8:45am in lounge

3 rounds, no finals

Round 1 - Draws 8:30 - Begin at 9:00

Round 2 - Draws 10:00 - Begin at 10:30

Round 3 - Draws 11:30 - Begin at 12:00

Awards in auditorium hopefully start by 2:00???

Concessions for student food in the cafeteria will be provided by our Choir Booster Club. 

Fabulous coach/judge food will be provided in the lounge.

Double entry OK. Discussion will start 15 minutes later to accomodate doube entrants.

Deadline, Tuesday, Feb. 14

You can continue tweaking registration until Feb. 16 9pm

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Please inform your students that they must wait in the hallway until the judge arrives. (some nervous teachers this year)
