Dallas UDA Tournament 3

You are invited to the December Dallas UDA tournament, sponsored by Sommerman & Quesada, LLP held at Thomas Jefferson High School. Please note - the schedule has a 15 minute difference on each end than what was previously published.
Given our quick growth, there will be a few changes for the December tournament
1. Any team registered by the Thursday, December 1st deadline will be accommodated. Entering after the deadline – whether as a school or an individual team – will put your teams on a waitlist. If there are rooms available, teams will be accepted. If there are not rooms or judges, teams will not be admitted to the tournament. As with any waitlist, teams will be moved from the waitlist as space becomes available up until the tournament.
2. The Saturday Middle School schedule has changed a bit. Please stay tuned – if room constrains are extreme, I will respect the arrival and departure time, but may adjust the schedule some to have students debate fewer rounds to better accommodate our room need. Final schedule will be released once registration is closed and processed.

OVERALL Notes
Please remember that all coaches and students are expected to stay through awards.
JV and Varsity will only break to semi-finals if there are enough entries to merit the elimination round. If not, the schedule will be accelerated to have both divisions finished by the 3:15pm awards time.
Each school is responsible for its transportation. Please let Nicole know asap if you are experiencing a problem.
