Dear Speech Coaches,

Mankato East invites you to its annual Fiesta Speech Invitational February 18, 2012. 

 Information:

The events include all thirteen MSHSL standard categories. Both NFL and MSHSL time limits will be honored.

We will hold novice rounds for all categories that have enough contestants to warrant one. 

All rounds of competition will be mixed between varsity and novice competitors to provide a good example for our young competitors. 

Fees -- Registration fee is $6.00 per entry,  duos = two entries.

Judges --Each school should furnish one judge for each 7 entries or fraction thereof.

Draws – Extemp. read and storytelling will cover the first 10 stories, first ½ of extemp poetry list. Third round will repeat a prior draw. Finals will draw clean.

Discussion rounds will follow the outline section II, and will begin 15 min. after regular rounds to allow discussion contestants to double enter.
