Dear Speech Coach, Huntley High School is proud to invite you to its 2010 Invitational Tournament. We will have Varsity and Novice tournament on November 5th. 1. Team awards will be given to the top three schools based on the top entries preliminary round scoring. Each school may bring two entries per event in each division. 2. Please bring one judge for every six entries or fraction there of, with a maximum of five judges. 3. Radio speakers will prep once for prelims and once for finals 4. Extemp will prep once for prelims and once for finals. 5. Preliminary entries must be received no later than October 15th 6. Please submit at least 10 Extemp and Impromptu topics with your preliminary entry. 7. A limited number of hired judges are available for a fee of $100 per judge. No hired judges will be available after the entry deadline! 8. Confirmations will be emailed as entries are received 9. Neither fees nor required judges will be reduced based on drops after the original entry is received. 10. Schools that host and provide Huntley with additional entries will be provided with additional slots as needed. Schools with additional entries will need to pay additional fees 11. Fee structure: • $150 per division with up to two entries per division • Schools needing additional entries should email Tom George at tgeorge@district158.org 12.
