Welcome to the first annual Cary-Grove Winter Invitational. Thank you for your interest in our tournament!
This is a Varsity tournament. Team awards will be given to the top three schools based on the top entries prelim scores. Medals will be awarded to individual students based on final round results.
REGISTRATION:
Teams may register until Friday, November 25th at 4:00pm.
Adds/drops and changes may be made until Friday, December 2nd at 4:00pm.
Should your roster incur any drops, you may drop your students via cell phone (847)323-2448. Please call before 7:00am on Saturday, December 3rd. No Adds will be made on the day of the tournament.
ENTRY FEES:
Entry fees are based on the following number of entries
Up to 28 - $150
29+ - $200
ENTRIES:
Teams may enter up to 3 individual events in each category. If you would like to add a 4th entry, please email me and requests will be honored as room permits. IHSA rules and regulations will be followed at this tournament.
RADIO and EXTEMP PREP
Both radio and extemp speakers will prep twice for prelims and once for final rounds. Please submit 10 Extemp and Impromptu topics with your preliminary entry.
JUDGES
Please bring one judge for every six entries with a maximum of five judges. A limited number of hired judges are available for $100 per judge. Please request hired judges as soon as possible.
