Welcome to the Second Annual Broward County Public Schools Chess Tournament! We're excited for a fun day of competition with you and your students!
The tournament has been rescheduled, and will take place on Friday, May 24th from 9:00am-1:00pm in the Velocity Center of the First Baptist Church in Fort Lauderdale, 301 E Broward Blvd. Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301. You must arrive by 8:30am!
This tournament is free, but you must provide chaperones in accordance with BCPS policy. We also need you to bring any chess timers that you have along with you. We will take care of the boards and pieces!
There are six complete Chess4Life lesson plans in the "Files for Download" section to help your team prepare!
