Dear Speech Coach,

We want to welcome you to the second Sibley East Speech Invitational tournament. We would love to see your team in attendance!

Registration Deadline:  Friday, March 1 by 4:00 on SpeechWire.com.  Feel free to make adjustments to your registrations until Thursday, March 7th. At that time your invoice will be finalized and you will be expected to pay the entry fee for any drops after that date. Adds past this date will be charged at the regular entry fee. SpeechWire will remain open until Saturday morning to make any last minute changes. Please make changes online Saturday morning by 7:45AM. If this is not possible, please text me ASAP with any drop/adds. 320-420-0291.

Categories and Format:  Three rounds and Varsity finals in all thirteen MSHSL speech events. If a category has only one room of participants, there will not be a final round in that category.

Draws:  Storytellers, Ex Speakers and Ex Readers will draw for Round 1, 2 & 3.  Finalists will have clean draw.

Participants:  There are an unlimited number of entries per category! Double entering is allowed in all categories but Discussion. 

Fees:  $6.00 per entry ($12.00 per duo).

Judges:  Please provide one judge for every 6 participants or fraction thereof.

Awards will be given to 1-6th place with honorable mentions also recognized.  Team trophies will be awarded to top two teams in large school and small school divisions.

Food:  Concessions will be available for all participants.  Lunch will be provided for all judges.
