Dear Colleagues, 

 

The Ohio State and Wayne State Speech Teams cordially invite you to Columbus, Ohio for generic swing tournament on February 24th and 25th, 2017. Both tournaments will be on the main campus of The Ohio State University. Each day of the tournament will have a separate SpeechWire registration page. 

We are pleased to offer open and novice competition in all 11 NFA/AFA events, radio broadcasting, and editorial impromptu. Novice divisions will be offered where warranted. Awards will be given to all advancing to elimination rounds, top five individual competitors, open and small school sweepstakes, and cumulative team and individual awards for both tournaments.

Preparations for this year’s generic have been ongoing for months to guarantee a well run, fun , and competitive tournament.  We look forward to providing the opportunity for a few more rounds before nationals season begins and the opportunity for more forensics fellowship.

We hope we can be one of your final stops of the regular season and can’t wait to see you!
