Coaches: A few details to cover.

1) Please use speechwire to order your lunches for your students, coaches, and judges. You have the turkey, ham, and veggie subway options that comes with a cookie, chips, and soda. Friday January 20th deadline

2) Please email me your Tournament Tee-Shirt Orders; I will need number of shirts and sizes. We are pre- selling them for $10. We prefer a check made out to Westglades Middle School Debate Team. Deadline is

Thursday January 19th. You can pay the day of  the tournament as you pick up your tournament Team Packets in the morning. If you need an invoice we are in the process of setting up payments for the tee shirts on the westglades middle school website Im meeting with my bookkeeper tomorrow and I will let you know when this is on the website.

3) Remember that your $15 entry fee covers the cost of the tournament and lunch for your students. The Photo Booth is a $1 a Photo; you can go back as many times as you like, The Italian ices are $3, Candy, snakes, soda, waters will be a $1. Morning Judge/ Coaches Breakfast: Bagels juice, coffee, danishes, muffins are Free. Morning crispy Cream Dounuts at the snack table $1 each.

4) Please enter the West Bus Loop for Parking so we can greet you there in the Morning and direct you to the Auditorium.
