DAY OF TOURNAMENT

TEXT        (920) 517-7676

Everyone must TEXT by 7:30 am on Saturday morning.

We need to know of your drops or if everyone is present!!! Don't feel comfortable texting? Have a student do it! A sample text might be like this:

Wrightstown DROP prose BB99-Sally DROP demo BB2-Jim OR Wrightstown all present

Michael Traas:        (920) 517-7676

TEXT US… NO MATTER WHAT!!

Please do not call to make your drops. Please do not show up and say you are all present.

Both of these will make the tournament run behind schedule AND WILL MAKE US VERY GRUMPY. We will reply to all texts. Thanks for understanding.

THERE WILL BE A JUDGES MEETING AT 8:05 IN THE JUDGES LOUNGE!!

ALL EVENTS WILL BE AT THE HIGH SCHOOL!

We will be printing the Speechwire ballots for judges - you will always be able to pick up your ballot just prior to the round you will be judging, very near the tabroom.

We will be selling lunch at the High School, so students should plan on eating there to keep the tournament running on schedule.  We will offer a variety of food including items for vegetarians.

Remember, Extemp and Radio draws begin also at 8:15.  If you have any questions please feel free to give us a call.

We look forward to seeing you and your students and hope that the tournament will be an enjoyable time for all involved.
