Entry and Judging Fees and Deadlines

Tournament entry fees for the Laird Lewis Invitational will be calculated as follows:

Registration fees are payable during final registration at the start of the tournament

Please make checks payable to Myers Park Debate Foundation 

DEADLINES

PLEASE NOTE ENTRY DEADLINE...Please be reminded that registration for the Laird Lewis Invitational must be completed on our Speechwire Registration Site by 12:00 pm EST Friday, December 15, 2013.  Only wait-listed entries will be accepted following this deadline. 

PLEASE NOTE JUDGE ENTRY DEADLINE...Judges may be ADDED up to December 20, 2013.  All Judge Fees will be locked after December 20, 2013, even if judges are added after that date.  Any judge drop that occurs (without replacement) after December 15 will be assessed the appropriate fee listed above.  Any judge drop after January 1, 2014 will be assessed a hired judge fee plus a $50 judge drop fee.                        

ADDS/DROPS

Entries dropped after December 15, 2013 (12:00 PM ET) will forfeit their entry fee.  No additions to your entry will be accepted after 12:00 pm Friday, December 15, 2013.  Wait-listed students will be added as space becomes available after this deadline.   

NAME CHANGES

This year name changes can be made at the coach’s discretion up until January 2, 2014 at 12:00 pm. No late fee or penalty will be assessed. Any drop made after this deadline NOT CALLED INTO PRE-REGISTRATION will be assessed a $25.00 penalty.
