IPDA Topics

IPDA topics will be released here promptly at the listed draw time.  All competitors are expected to be in their competition room on time to strike.  Failure to strike on time will result in reduced prep time.  If a competitor is late by 10 minutes or more, they will forfeit the round.  Debates are to begin 30 minutes after topics are released.

FINALS:  RELEASED AT 4:40PM; DEBATE AT 5:10PM  (FLIP FOR SIDES)
