Covid-19 laid bare a simple truth – that some nations are simply better than others at dealing with the spreads of infectious diseases.  And why is that? What makes some nations so much more effective in this arena?  As researchers for the World Health Organization (WHO), you have gathered to examine this topic.  Your goal is to identify what you feel are the best practices found in combating infectious diseases no matter what nation engages in them.  Your report will offer as specific as possible examples, and make recommendations that WHO will distribute to the international health community for their hopeful implementation.
