Hiring local judges – We would like to single flight; therefore, I do have a few former students who would be willing to serve as a judge for those of you who might be struggling finding someone.  I pay judges $30 for the day; you would need to cover this.  If you are interested, please email me.  It is first come, first serve.  If finding judges is problematic, please just email me and I will work with you.

Awards: Ribbons will be awarded to competitors who place 1st-8th in each event and division. Sweepstakes awards to the top three schools.

Food: We will provide food for the judges in the judge’s lounge. Students may purchase their meals in the cafeteria. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE BUILDING.  COACHES – PLEASE ENCOURAGE YOUR STUDENTS TO BUY FROM US IN THE CAFETERIA.  THIS IS HOW WE ARE ABLE TO HOST A TOURNAMENT AND PURCHASE AWARDS. If you and your team order in for yourselves or bring your lunches, the tournament will be a financial burden and we will be unable to host in the future.
