STUDENT CONGRESS     We will also be hosting, in conjunction with the tournament, a Student Congress on Friday evening.  Please submit any legislaton to me traasmichael@aasd.k12.wi.us  by Sunday January 22nd.  I will post all legislation as soon as possible.  The awards for congress will follow the old - adult nomination - student voting proceedure.  (Yes, I know that is not used any where else, but I still like that style of awarding awards, so our congress will use that)

RULES     WFCA rules will be followed.

AWARDS     Individual trophies will be awarded to the top four finishers in each category.  All finalists will receive metals.  Team trophies will be awarded to the first five schools in large teams.  Two small team trophies will be awarded upon qualitiative results.

FEES     Entry fees are $10 per individual event a $15 per Play Acting, Duo Interp, and Group Interp entry.  Student Congress entry fees are $10 per student.

JUDGES     Each school must bring one judge per five entries, or fraction thereof.  Judges may behired from us for $100.00 per judge.  You will need to provide 1 judge for Student Congress if you have any Congress entries.
