Happy February!

Our FINAL MAST of the year is upon us, Thursday, March 30 at Attucks Middle School (thanks Audrey Dallaire and Attucks Students/Parents)!

Please follow the instructions on this page to register your entries. Remember, each school may only initially enter FIVE students in all events except Congress, in which you can enter TEN. You should have AT LEAST 1 JUDGE PER FIVE STUDENTS. Also, please remember Audrey's request that you need to also have a non-judging chaperone/coach available at all times. If you are short judges, please reach out to your mentors or feeder high schools for assistance.

Registration for NEW ENTRIES will close on Monday, March 27 at 5pm. Waitlisted students will be released by no later than 12pm on Tuesday. Changes (drops or name changes) can be made until 12pm on Thursday (the day of the touranment). ANY CHANGES AFTER 12PM ON THURSDAY will result in your school being fined $25 per drop. Any changes after that, please text Megan West: 940.206.3806 the school name, student who is dropping, and her/his event.

All judges AND students will report directly to the Auditorium/Cafeteria (they are connected) upon arrival.  Coaches will need to check-in at the "registration desk" and then monitor their students. After the Attucks bell rings, judges will be released to the Media Center and students to their competition rounds.

The topic areas for Extemp will be the Environment and the U.S. Economy.
The topic areas for Impromptu will be Luck and Spring Break.

PF will use the March topic.
LD will use the March/April topic.
Policy will use the 2016-2017 topic and should be using cases/arguments from the Novice Packet.

Congress bills were emailed out to everyone, but are taken from the NSDA March Docket.

More information may be sent out as the tournament approaches. Please let your mentor know if you have any questions about the process.
