*For all coaches: Please keep dropping students/entries as they come. Ideally, try to have all entries/judges as accurate as possible by next Thursday (12/08)

Welcome to the Naperville Central Tournament of Roses! Everything you need to know should be available on Speechwire, but if you need any additional assistance please email me at jslin@naperville203.org and I'll get back to you as quickly as possible.

We are allowing competitors to compete in three events, but it is your responsibility to make it work with the schedule.
Currently, the default entries will be that teams can go 3-deep (3 entries) per event. As of 11/20, the entries limit has been reached. If your school has allowed NCHS to have extra entries, please email me. Otherwise, no extra entries will be granted.
Concessions will be open all day. We will have vegetarian selections.
Have your busses plan to drop students off in the bus circle by the football field (Porter Ave.), there is a circle turn-around for easy access. And drivers will be able to easily park in the lot.
Ensure that you are prepared for inclement weather. If your team is unable to attend due to weather conditions please let me know as soon as possible. You will still be responsible for the number of judges you were to supply based on your original entries. If you are unable to send your judges I will supply them at a fee of $25 per round.

DEADLINE for ADDS + Registration: Monday December 5th, 2016.

DROPS: Final drops on Speechwire.com will be Friday December 9 at 4PM. Please email last minute drops to jslin@naperville203.org or text (630) 696-7566

RADIO Speakers: Prepare a script on site and present the same script for all three prelims. Prep for final round. (1 prep for prelims, 1 prep for finals)

EXTEMP Speakers: Prepare one speech for preliminary rounds. Prep for final round. (1 prep for prelims, 1 prep for finals)

JUDGES: One judge per 6 entries. Please round up for judges. (Example: 14 entries = 3 judges) If you have over 36 entires, 6 is fine (if you are 3deep, if you have a 4th entry in something, please bring more judges). If you are unable to find judges, email me immediately. I only have a limited amount.

SUBMIT: Please submit 5 topics for EXT through Speechwire.

FOOD: Food will be available throughout the day. We will have a vegetarian selections for lunch.

REGISTRATION: Will begin at 7:00AM.
