Dear Speech and Debate Coach,

The Bulgarian English Speech and Debate Tournaments Foundation (BEST), in conjunction with the USA's National Speech and Debate Association (NSDA) and the American University in Bulgaria (AUBG), invites all high school students to register now for the 2016 BEST National US-Qualifier Tournament. The tournament will be held 26-27 March 2016 at AUBG in Blagoevgrad.

In order to participate, teams must show proof of NSDA membership and fee payments, and participating students should show proof of having participated in a BEST regional tournament during the 2015-2016 school year. Students can compete individually in Oratory or in teams of two in Duo. All participants will be in ONE division (Varsity). Detailed explanations and rules for each event are outlined in the Events Overview page. Winners will receive medals, certificates, and local media publicity.
