FEES

All cost of student participation are covered through our conference dues. Teams are expected to procure and pay their judges accordingly.

JUDGES

Each team must provide one judge for each 5 entries or fraction thereof. There is no pool of judges from which to hire, so please procure your own judges for the tournament. We will be holding a comprehensive judges meeting, and it behooves you to make sure that your judges are in attendance at that mandatory meeting.  Since this is the first tournament of the year for many teams it is imperative that ALL JUDGES AND ALL COACHES are at the judges meeting.

AWARDS

First and second place will receive medals. Ribbons will be awarded according to the conference bylaws. Team trophies will be given for large team (15-25 entries) based on total team points and small team (6-14 entries) based on average points per entry.

FOOD:

We are planning on providing a great variety of excellent food for your kids to purchase throughout the afternoon/evening in the commons area.

Food and beverages will be available for judges, coaches and bus drivers in room 3300 (the FACE room) throughout the tournament.

ENTRIES

Teams are limited to 25 entries with no more than four entries per category and appropriate WHSFA category limits for interp events.

Students are NOT permitted to double enter.

No JV entries are allowed.
