Coaches, Judges, and Teachers,

 

I hope you are staying warm!  Nashville Debate will be hosting its next tournament Saturday, February 7th at Hillwood High School.

 

The tournament is scheduled to begin promptly at 10am.  Students, Coaches and Volunteers if you could please find time to speak with me before 9:30am to confirm your registrations.  These confirmations are necessary to ensure the smoothest running of the tournament.  We are asking that one coach from each squad be on site and available to confirm entries no later then 9:30am.  

 

2 Divisions will be available - Novice and Open.  Note that Novice is open only to participants who have not competed in previous years.

 

The par for judges is one must be registered for every 2 teams.  Teachers, parents, friends, family members can all be equipped to fulfill this requirement by attending a judge training session at the tournament.  Thank you for your diligence on this.
