The Arrowhead Forensics Team invites you and your team to join us for the Arrowhead Forensics Tournament.  The tournament will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2015.  The team is very excited to be hosting a tournament once again and we are looking forward to having you here.

Our school consists of two buildings (North Campus and South Campus).  Preliminary rounds will be held in both buildings.  Registration, food, and power rounds will be held at our North Campus Building.  There will be a shuttle available to transport students back and forth between buildings, if the weather does not cooperate.

Entries:      Your top 25 entries will count toward your team score with a maximum of 4 per category.  Additional entries are welcome.  Students are allowed to enter two   categories, however students cannot double enter in both Extemp and Radio.  Those that choose to double enter must be aware that they may be required to go between buildings during a round.

Rules:      WFCA Rules will be followed for all categories with concession made to students competing within the WHSFA.  Please go over any rule changes with your students and judges prior to attending the meet.  Rules are available on the website www.wfcaforensics.org.

Judges:      Each school must bring one qualified judge for every five entries or fraction thereof.  We will have a limited number of judges available for hire at $100 per judge.  You are responsible for the number of judges that you indicate on your original registration form, plus any adds.

Deadlines:       Please register via SpeechWire by Friday, January 16th by 5:00 pm.  Teams can and should manage their own drops on SpeechWire until 4:00pm Friday January 23rd. (Entries dropped after this time will still be charged.)  Day of tournament drops are strongly discouraged.  Please call-in or text last minute drops as soon as possible on tournament day to Steve Schmid at 262-443-3681

Notes:              Confirmations will be sent out by e-mail the week before the meet.  There will be detailed instructions including numbers to call/text on Saturday morning and the location of each event.  To start the tournament smoothly, each school MUST call confirming their registration by 7:15 the morning of the meet.

Fees:                Entry fees are $9.00 per individual entry and $12.00 for each group entry (Play Acting, Duo Interp, or Group Interp).  Fees will be based on your entries as of 4:00pm Friday January 23rd.  There will be no adds the morning of the meet.  Please make the checks payable to the Arrowhead Forensics Team.
