Dear Speech Coaches, 

 

The Eagle Valley Speech Team wishes to invite you to the 11th Annual Eagle Invitational. We would be thrilled to have your team join us for an enthralling day of competition. 

 

We will be offering all thirteen categories. Team awards will be given to the top three schools. Team trophies will be calculated in the following manner: each contestant will contribute to their team's score, then divided by their number of entries. Therefore, the small teams have just as much a chance as the large ones. 

 

First place eagle trophies will be given to first place contestants in all thirteen categories; second and third will receive medals. All other finalists will receive a superior ribbon. Excellent ribbons will also be awarded. 

 

If your coaches are not judging, we would love your help and assistance. Please let us know in an email. seckel@evps.k12.mn.us

 

The registration deadline will be Friday, February, 13th at 4pm. Please enter the names of your contestants and their category(s). All add and drops must be received by 3:00 p.m Wednesday, February 18th—after this you are financially responsible for any additional changes. 

 

Concessions will be available in the gymnasium as will Coffee Club. Food will be provided for all judges and coaches.
