The Stow-Munroe Falls Speech and Debate Team cordially invites you to a Stow-Munroe Falls High School for a practice Congress tournament to be held on March 16, 2013. We will run 2 rounds with recognition of top six in each chamber. right now we are going to use the semi final and final round legislation from states for our docket. If we get the "Bigs" legislation soon enough we can consider practice with the "Bigs" legislation. The debating of "Bigs" legislation is pending approval of the NFL EONEL Chair.

Cost is $2.00 per student
We will have registration at 7:45am and hope to start by 8am

This is a "get-it-done-and-GO" tournament. I will give out certificates to those that place.

PLEASE BRING JUDGES / PARLIAMENTARIANS ! With Congress becoming larger and more schools competing in Congress this is a great tournament to train Congress judges.

Since we have just finished states I have planned that this tournament should only last a half day ! We want to be done by 1pm (no later than 2pm).

*We will be selling snacks, beverages and lunch.
