Fellow speech coaches,
I hope all of you are finding your season coming together well. Columbus Scotus is hosting our fourth annual csi:forensics tournament on Saturday, January 25, 2014. We are looking forward to a day of great competition.
We will be using SpeechWire to tab the meet. You should receive an email with information on how to log on to the tournament. If you want to individually search for it, it is titled “csi:forensics”. All entries must be submitted through SpeechWire. The deadline for registration is January 21 at 5:00 PM. Students may be triple entered; however, we encourage OID and Extempers to only double enter. There will be awards for Triatholon (individual events only), Top Novice, and standard finals awards. Please submit your entries early and often, and if you have any changes, email as soon as you know of them (post deadline). We are not capping any events, but please keep in mind that if you are bringing a large number of entries in events, your students may end up hitting.
Registration and general meeting will be in our cafeteria. Please arrive at the Memorial Hall Doors (East side of the school, middle of the block). This is also the entrance for parents. Extemp draw begins shortly after registration. Please make sure your extempers are ready to go so we can start our tournament on time.

Full concessions will be available all day. We will have items ready for sale immediately upon arrival until the beginning of awards. Please remind your students to keep all concessions in the Commons Area and not to take food or drink into classrooms. (Water is allowed.) A hospitality room will be available for coaches, judges, and drivers.
Parking is available for vans and cars around Scotus Central Catholic. There is a lot to the North of the High School for buses to park after unloading. St. Bonaventure parking lot may also be utilized for buses. The commons, general meeting area will be the cafeteria. Buses can park to unload on the East side of the High School.
