Middletown is proud to present the Fifth Annual Middletown Forensifest. Hopefully, the weather will hold up and everyone will be able to attend. Here are the tournament details...... Dear Coaches: The Middletown High School Speech & Debate Team would like to invite you to the Fifth Annual Middletown Forensifest on January 4th, 2014. Events offered: We will offer 3 rounds of competition for all OHSSL Individual Events plus a 4th round for all which will include both a final and a next-in final, etc.  Basically everyone will get to have that fourth round but only the final round of 6 will be recognized on stage.   We will, however, give out awards to the winner of each of the non-final rounds, 3 rounds of Policy Debate & Student Congress and 5 rounds of Lincoln Douglas & Public Forum Debate.  Please register early, so you are not closed out. Please limit IE to 5 entries and LD and PF to 8 combined entries—we will accept more if room permits, so indicate desired “wish” number on the registration. Registration fees: $5.00 per contestant regardless of event. Make checks payable to MHS Forensics. Snacks and Lunch: Breakfast and lunch items, provided by our Speech and Debate parents, will be available. Awards: Trophies will be awarded to the top six in all events. Registration deadline: Thursday, January 2nd, 5:00pm.
