Dear Speech Coaches:

The Battle Lake Lions Club and the Battle Lake Speech team invite you to Battle Lake Lions Club Speech invitational on Sat., March 2, 2013, at Battle Lake School.  This competition is for junior and senior high students, in all 13 categories.  Awards will be three team trophies, 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd place medals, and red and blue ribbons.

Schedule:           
7:30-8am             Registration
8:30 am                Draws begin for round I; media center
8:40 am                Judges meeting
9 am                      Round I
10 am                    Draws for round II; media center
10:30 am              Round II
11:30 am              Draws for round III; media center
12:00 pm              Round III
1:45  pm               Awards in the auditorium; no food or drink, please

Cost:  $4.50 per entry.  Double entries allowed.  Please make checks payable to Battle Lake Public School.

Registration:  Deadline to register is Thursday, Feb. 28 via Speechwire.com.  No refunds after Feb. 28. 

Judges:  1 judge per 7 entries regardless of subsequent drops.
