Dear coaches,

Thank you for being interested in this year’s DeForest invitational.  This year we are using SpeechWire to sign-up teams for the tournament.  This can be by going to the website https://www.speechwire.com and finding the DeForest Invite tournament.

Rules of the DeForest Tournament:

We will be using WHSFA rules with allowances made for WFCA rules.  Each Judge will be given a Rules Deviation sheet and rules for both organizations will apply.  A competitor’s presentation will be acceptable as long as it falls under the guidelines of either the WHSFA or WFCA.
